We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of your order, provided the item is in stock.
Delivery times will depend upon the service chosen.

Our standard deliveries may take up to 5 days. Please bear with us during these unprecedented times.

Please note any orders placed over Weekends or Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

Please note that any orders for embroidered products, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors may be delivered up to 10 days after the order is placed.
They will generally be sent out in separate deliveries to other orders placed.

Standard Delivery in Mainland UK on Full Price Orders over £100 is FREE. This may take up to 5 days.

Special Order, Embroidered or Personalised Products

Our embroidered & personalised products are made to order and we are now able to offer delivery in around 10 - 14 days in the UK. Should you need delivery more quickly, please telephone our team on 0345 6029050. We are also able to embroider company logos, sports team logos and many other designs. Please call us for further details.

Standard UK Delivery - £5.95 - UK Only excluding N Ireland and Scottish Highlands

Please allow 5 working days for delivery and up to 14 days for Duvets and Pillows
Embroidered items may take up to 21 days

Northern Ireland- Standard Delivery - £20.00

Courier Service - £9.95 per delivery address - UK Only excluding N Ireland and Scottish Highlands
This guarantees delivery of your order in 2 working days. Monday to Friday only - orders must be placed before 11am

Please do not use this option for Duvets and Pillows as they generally take up to 10 days for delivery

This delivery does not apply to embroidered or personalised products as the despatch time is 10 - 14 days

We are able to deliver to most countries Worldwide.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for any charges imposed by your country.

Deliveries can be made on Monday to Friday inclusive, and this excludes Saturday, Sunday and all Bank Holidays.

Any orders placed over Weekends and Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.


 

Returns


For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, quilts, pillows or mattress protectors once the inner packaging seal has been broken, unless the items are faulty.

Please do not open the packaging unless you wish to keep the products.

We cannot accept returns of face masks due to the nature of this product unless they are still sealed in the original packaging.


Personalised products are embroidered to order and therefore may not be returned

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of products

Please make a returns request by signing into your account.

We do not pay the returns postage.

The returned goods must be new, unwashed and unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return goods using a registered service so that you have proof of despatch and delivery in case an item is lost.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
