We can also add your business logo to brand our products - we work with luxury hotels, spas and restaurants to create beautiful branded items. To add your logo there is a one-off cost to digitize your logo, which starts at £50, then we can add it to as many items as you wish. How long will my order take to arrive?
Created especially for you, each order is embroidered by our expert team to your own personal request which means they can take a little longer to deliver. We aim to get your order to you within 14 days, but at really busy times it can be up to 21 days.
If you’re in a huge hurry for your items though, we understand, we’ve been there too, so please do give us a call on 0845 602 9050 and we’ll always see what we can do.
Can I return my personalised item?
As our monogrammed and personalised pieces are made especially for you, we’re sorry but we can’t accept a return unless the item is faulty.
How many letters can I have on my item?
For bathrobes we recommend a maximum of 10 letters for names, but for smaller items like slippers, two letters are the maximum.
Our embroiders recommend using capitals for classic monograms of up to three letters and a mix of upper and lower case fonts for names for the nicest finish.
Why can't I add more letters to my design?
Our designers have worked to ensure your name or monogram is clear within the embroidery space available.
Adding more letters would mean the embroidery is too small to read well and we so don't recommend this.
Can I choose the colour of the embroidery?
Certainly - we have many lovely shades for you to choose from.
Can I choose the embroidery location?
Yes we offer choices on where to position your personalisation.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes you can. All we need is a digital copy of your logo sent to us as a jpg file to add your logo to your item, we then digitize your logo for a one-off fee allowing you to have it added to the products you choose.
