Our standard deliveries in mainland UK may take up to 5 days. Please bear with us during these unprecedented times.
Please note any orders placed over Weekends or Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.
Please note that any orders for duvets, pillows and mattress protectors may be delivered up to 10 days after the order is placed.
They will generally be sent out in separate deliveries to other orders placed.
Standard Delivery in Mainland UK on Full Price Orders over £100 is FREE. This may take up to 5 days.
Special Order, Embroidered or Personalised Products
Our embroidered & personalised products are made to order and we are now able to offer delivery in around 10 - 14 days in the UK. Should you need delivery more quickly, please telephone our team on 0345 6029050
If you are not happy with any products, we want to quickly correct any problems.
We are happy to replace or exchange items provided you return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt and they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of face masks, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, quilts, pillows or mattress protectors once the inner packaging seal has been broken, unless the items are faulty.
Please do not open the packaging unless you wish to keep the products.
