If you are not happy with any products, we want to quickly correct any problems.
We are happy to replace, exchange or refund items provided you return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt and they are unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of facemasks, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, quilts, pillows or mattress protectors once the inner packaging seal has been broken, unless the items are faulty.
Please do not open the packaging unless you wish to keep the products.
Personalised and bespoke products are made to order and therefore may not be returned
Please make a returns request by signing into your account, opening the order details, completing and downloading the returns form.
We do not pay the returns postage.

The returned goods must be new, unwashed and unused, in perfect condition and selaed in the original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return goods using a registered service so that you have proof of despatch and delivery in case an item is lost.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Should you need to return a product that has been used, please contact our team on 0345 602 9050 so we can provide you with the best service.
Once a return has been received, inspected and approved by our warehouse, any refunds will be made within 5 days to the original payment source.
