Cotton Dressing Gowns & Bath Robes
Wrap up in a luxury cotton dressing gown that feels as good on a busy weekday morning as it does on a slow Sunday. Choose a lightweight waffle robe for summer and travel, an absorbent towelling bath robe to wear straight from the shower, or a soft organic cotton velour gown for lounging, in classic hotel-style whites, greys and navy. The range includes unisex styles and gowns that can be personalised with a name or monogram, and the same robes are chosen by hotels, spas and yachts. Complete a hotel-style bathroom with matching cotton towels and bath mats, cotton slippers and bathroom accessories, or explore our full luxury bathroom collection. Many of our gowns are finished with a shawl collar, turn-back cuffs, two pockets and a tie belt, the details you would expect from a good hotel robe. Choose white for a crisp, classic look, or grey, navy and green to add colour. Layer up in thick cotton towelling or velour through autumn and winter, then switch to breathable waffle or lightweight velour when the weather warms up. Waffle robes also dry quickly, which makes them a practical choice for holidays and the gym. Always follow the care label. Use a little less detergent than usual and avoid fabric softener, which can coat cotton fibres and reduce absorbency. Our guide to washing towels to keep them soft and fluffy works just as well for towelling robes. Repeat colours and textures across your robe, towels and slippers for a calm, consistent bathroom. White and neutral tones give a classic hotel finish, while navy, grey and green add a more individual accent. Each range has its own weight and feel, so you can find the right robe for how you like to relax.Waffle, towelling and velour robes for hotel-style comfort

Frequently asked questions about duvet covers & bedding sets
Answers on sateen and percale, thread count, sizing, care and delivery to help you choose luxury cotton bedding for a better night's sleep.
What is the difference between a duvet cover and a duvet set?
A duvet cover is the removable case that protects your duvet, while a duvet set usually pairs a cover with matching pillowcases. We sell our duvet covers and pillowcases separately, so you can choose the exact sizes and number of pillowcases you need to build your own luxury bedding set. Add matching cotton pillowcases, deep fitted sheets and flat sheets for a complete, coordinated bed.
Should I choose sateen or percale bedding?
It comes down to how you like your bed to feel. Sateen is woven with more yarn on the surface, giving a smooth, soft finish with a subtle sheen that feels warmer and is easier to iron, which is why boutique hotels favour it. Percale has a one-over, one-under weave that feels crisp, cool and matt, making it ideal for warm sleepers. Try our Brooklyn 300TC cotton sateen duvet cover or the Vermont 200TC organic cotton percale duvet cover, or read our guide to choosing your bed linen.
Does a higher thread count mean better bedding?
Not always. Thread count is the number of threads woven into a square inch of fabric, but the quality of the cotton matters more. A better fibre at a lower thread count will feel softer and last longer than a poorer fibre at a higher one. Our 300 thread count Egyptian cotton sateen is woven from a slightly thicker yarn than you usually find on the high street, so it feels substantial and stands up well to regular washing.
What size duvet cover do I need for a king size bed?
Choose your duvet cover to match your duvet rather than your mattress. Our standard sizes are single (140 x 200cm), double (200 x 200cm), king (230 x 220cm), super king (260 x 220cm) and emperor (290 x 235cm). If you have a king size bed and would like a more generous drape over the sides, a super king duvet and cover is a good option. Check each product for available sizes and see our size guide.
Is Egyptian cotton or organic cotton bedding better?
Both make beautiful bedding, so choose based on feel and values. Egyptian cotton is known for its long fibres, which spin into a smooth, strong yarn with a soft handle, as in our 300TC sateen ranges. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and our organic cotton is GOTS approved. Learn more on our materials and certifications page.
Do you have green and white or coloured bedding?
Yes. Our Lexington 300TC sateen bedding has a twin row of satin stitch embroidery in a contrasting colour, including olive green and white, navy and white, black, pale blue, pale pink, fuchsia pink, silver grey and latte, as well as an all-white version. Matching Oxford pillowcases are available with the same two-line detail, so you can mix colours across the bed.
How should I wash cotton duvet covers?
Our cotton duvet covers are machine washable, but always follow the care label on each product. Use a mild detergent, avoid overloading the drum and remove the cover promptly to reduce creasing. Sateen is easier to iron than percale, while percale looks its crispest when ironed slightly damp. Our guide to caring for your bed linen has more tips.
Can I personalise my bed linen?
Yes. Our monogrammed 300TC sateen bed linen can be embroidered on duvet covers and Oxford pillowcases, and is a popular choice for wedding lists. Browse all our personalised bed linen or read our personalisation and embroidery guide.
Do you supply bed linen for hotels?
Yes. Our sateen bedding is robust enough for commercial laundering and is chosen by hotels, guest houses, yachts and interior designers. Browse our hotel duvet covers and hotel bed linen, or request a trade account to discuss larger orders.
Do you offer free delivery on bed linen?
Yes. Standard delivery to Mainland UK is free on full-price orders over £100. Personalised and monogrammed bed linen is usually despatched in around 10 days, so please check our delivery and returns information for current timescales and our returns policy before ordering.
