Influenced by the world around us we work to protect the environment wherever possible and cause no unnecessary harm through the products we produce, manufacturing our timeless classic collections with premium quality and longevity at their heart.
This is not fast home fashion – our products are made to last and in fact most of our bed linens get better with age. We consider them, heirloom pieces that may be passed through generations to enjoy.
Sustainable materials
Our products are made from sustainably sourced fabric - pure natural fibres, organic cotton, combed cotton, linen, merino wool all feature in our collections.
We partner closely with our suppliers to deliver our products, many of whom we have worked with for over 25 years.
The majority of our products are manufactured in Portugal, Italy and the British Isles.
Our cotton suppliers are members of Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). This is a non-profit organisation that promotes better standards in cotton farming, production and practices.

Recycling our packaging
We’re always striving to use more recyclable and multi-use packaging. We use recyclable, polypropylene display bags to protect our products in our warehouse and in transit. We want to ensure the products we despatch are clean, dry and in perfect condition so paper isn’t an option for us right now but we looking to find totally natural alternatives.
Our outer mailing bags are generally manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). This product can be recycled and converted into a new product, thus helping to save material, reduce waste and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
For larger orders we use recycled cardboard outer packaging.
And always encourage reusing and re-purposing our packing wherever possible.
Supporting a more sustainable world
On our journey to carbon neutrality, in February 2022 we teamed up with our partners at getgreenspark
On our behalf, for every order placed, Greenspark will plant a tree, rescue 1 plastic bottle from the ocean and with our extra monetary donations will offset our carbon use.
All these elements work together to ensure we’re pursuing our goal to be sustainable and kind to our world. We know there’s still work to do and will always continue to improve with sustainable practices at the heart of our business.
